Terms of Service

Last updated: February 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Startup's CRM, LeadGen, and AI-assisted workflow platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and workspace access.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.

3. Service Scope

The Service is provided as software for CRM, lead management, and AI-assisted execution workflows. Features may evolve over time. We do not guarantee availability of every feature in every plan or region.

4. Customer Data and Instructions

You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You authorize us to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights and lawful basis to submit and process data through the Service.

5. AI-Assisted Actions

The Service may execute AI-assisted recommendations or actions based on your instructions and workspace configuration. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and approvals according to your internal policy.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be validated before high-risk decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful activity, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • No harmful code, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • No use of the Service to violate privacy, IP, consumer protection, or anti-spam laws.

7. Security and Access Controls

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication controls, role-based workspace access, and operational logging.

You are responsible for your team's access management, endpoint security, and data governance settings.

8. Fees and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees and billing terms will be presented at purchase or in your order terms. Non-payment may result in suspension of paid features.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. Except for limited usage rights granted under these Terms, no additional rights are transferred.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security threats, legal compliance, or abusive behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time subject to contract terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete error-free output, or suitability for every business use case.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Startup from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of law or these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law specified in your order form or, if not specified, the law of the jurisdiction where Startup is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
